Love & Embers is South Eden’s annual Valentine’s Day Ball—an immersive, candlelit celebration designed for couples seeking something decadent, intimate, and unforgettable. The historic private estate transforms into a glowing dreamscape of chandeliers, draped porches, firelight, and music drifting through the night air.

Guests will enjoy a refined room-to-room stationed dining experience with culinary attendants placed throughout the Historic Main House, including a decadent dessert room in our famous Scarlett's Lounge. Throughout the evening, enjoy dancing beneath the stars, opulent lounge seating, and bonfire pits in our beautifully, string-lit Magnolia Field.
Live classical music accompanies dinner, transitioning into curated digital music for late-evening dancing and mingling beneath the string lights.

Dinner is presented as a white-glove, room-to-room stationed experience with dedicated culinary attendants in each space—guests are invited to stroll through the manor to visit each station and be served, then return to their table to enjoy each course at a relaxed pace.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and will be collected via electronic invoice to secure your reservation.
Cancellations or guest-count changes must be submitted on or before January 30, 2026 to be eligible for a full refund or applicable reservation adjustment. Any reservations, cancellations, guest reductions, or no-shows after January 30, 2026
are strictly non-refundable.
